Our menu is ever-changing, and our cocktails always new and unique. Working at Grafene is unlike any other restaurant. Every week serves up new dishes, and new challenges, with fresh recipes to learn and recreate – not just in the kitchen, but at the bar too. We deliver weekly, informal, on-site training sessions to our staff to help their knowledge grow and to understand each new dish and drink. But don’t worry, you’ll be working with a brilliant and experienced team who will guide you along the way.
